Hello beauties! Thank you for visiting HairSoHeavenly and shopping our luxury hair! The following information are some FAQ that we have the answers to, alongside our policies for HairSoHeavenly. If you do not see an answer that you may have a question about do not hesitate to shoot us an email!

      1) Order processing & Shipping 

Once your order is placed please allow 1-2 business days for processing any closures, frontals, and/or bundles. For any wig units please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment you will be sent a tracking number via email. Our estimated shipping 

estimated shipping duration: 2-5 business days (varies by location)

“Ready to ship” items will only need 1 business day for processing and an estimated shipping of 3-5 business days.

FOR PICKUP- for our locals if you have selected the pickup option, once your order is placed, preorder and on hand units processing days will be the same. 24 hours before you order is ready you will receive a message via text message with our pick up times that are available!

Please note that we work during business days only!(MON-FRI) once your order is placed it will go into processing that next business. 

      2) Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns unless:

  • The item was received damaged or defective 
  • You received the wrong item

To qualify for a return you MUST:

  • Contact us within 24 HOURS after your item has been marked as “delivered”.
  • Item must be Unused, and In its original form and packaging.
  • You must provide photos of product and order number.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

If you would like wish to cancel an order, please note you have 12 HOURS after you’ve placed your order to contact us about cancellation! After the time stated if you have not contacted us we will not be able to cancel or modify your order. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Refunds may take 1-5 business days to be deposited back to your payment method , depending on your financial institution.
